Fairstone Bank (formerly Duo Bank) - Marant Construction Limited

MARANT was engaged as the general contractor for Fairstone Bank’s (formerly known as Duo Bank) office fit-out. The new office was designed to reflect, at the time, Duo Bank’s culture and branding through the use of colourful materials including the carpet tile, wall, and ceiling finishes. Moving from a traditional office, Duo Bank wanted the new space to promote collaboration in a variety of settings.

As this project was delivered during COVID-19, MARANT took the necessary steps as outlined by the Ministry of Health to ensure all workers and Duo Bank staff were safe throughout construction. To avoid delays brought on by extended lead times, the MARANT team worked closely with the project team to immediately identify long lead items, receive approvals from Duo Bank, and place orders. Utilizing our warehouse to store these items, once construction was allowed to resume, the team worked to gain back time through the staging of sub-trades for efficient delivery.
