The construction of the new MARANT office space in Ottawa involved numerous environmentally conscientious decisions. Our team worked in tandem with local design partner, 4Te Inc., with sustainability at the forefront to identify the reuse and relocation of numerous materials. Our team successfully salvaged and reutilized specialty lighting, 100% of all glazing office fronts, sliding and swing doors, kitchen millwork, and filing millwork all from our prior suite.

Common areas to the suite share our signature polished concrete finished floor, industrial in aesthetic and versatile for full seasons in Ottawa. The balance of space is finished in the existing carpet we chose to maintain which not only was a cost and time-saving solution for our fit-out, but also eliminated significant demolition finish disposal sent to landfill.
