Retained as the Construction Manager for this multi-phased, office consolidation and renovation project, MARANT was tasked with creating a more modern, dynamic, and functional work environment for Manulife Financial. MARANT worked with local sub-trades, as well as Manulife suppliers, to create a high-functioning core construction unit.

This extensive project, consisting of approximately 315,000 sf over five floors, included the renovation of six washrooms per floor, facade repairs, and landscaping to create outdoor employee patios. The scope of work also included the fit-out of a swing space at a secondary address to accommodate staff during the phased construction process.
