Retained as the Construction Manager, MARANT Construction oversaw the construction and relocation of Zynga’s Canadian headquarters.
This project preserved much of the existing leasehold office fronts while transforming the open office space into a flexible, hybrid work environment. A key addition included a new games area with an operable wall. The renovation prioritized updating branding, IT infrastructure, audiovisual systems, and security to create a modern and dynamic workspace that meets the evolving needs of Zynga’s team.
