MARANT Featured in Ottawa Business Journal’s Best Offices of 2026
OTTAWA, ON — [September 10, 2026]— MARANT Construction is pleased to announce that its full-floor fit-up for Fasken LLP’s Ottawa office has been featured in the Ottawa Business Journal’s Best Offices Ottawa 2026.
The Ottawa Business Journal Best Offices edition is an annual publication celebrating the National Capital Region’s most exceptional workplace projects, showcasing offices that exemplify outstanding design, innovation, and functionality.
Fasken LLP’s renewed office space in Ottawa balances flexibility, privacy and panoramic views of Parliament Hill’s Peace Tower through thoughtful design and precise execution. The fit-up includes double-glazed demountable partitions, adaptable meeting spaces with operable and Skyfold walls, custom millwork throughout, a café bar with an upgraded servery, and a distinctive stone reception featuring a complex two-phase installation and concealed lift televisions.
Parliament Hill’s views are among the most striking in the city and preserving them was a central focus of the design. “There was a lot of effort to maintain those views in the design. The boardrooms, for example, have double-paned glass for sound attenuation because of the sensitive nature of the business, but you still have beautiful views of Parliament Hill,” recalled Heidi Pershick, Project Manager, MARANT Construction.
Strong communication and proactive coordination were instrumental to the project’s success. The strength of that collaboration has led the Fasken LLP to consider future work with MARANT; a testament of the trust built throughout the project and the lasting value of strong partnerships.
