MARANT Construction Projects Named Finalists at the 2026 REmmy Awards
TORONTO, ON – October 26, 2026 – MARANT Construction is proud to announce that two of its projects have been named finalists at the 2026 REmmy Awards, presented by the CoreNet Global Canadian Chapter. The recognized projects include the relocation and fit-out of HOK’s Toronto office and the new Toronto headquarters of Mastercard Foundation and Mastercard Foundation Asset Management.
The REmmy Awards recognize outstanding achievements in corporate real estate and workplace management, celebrating projects that demonstrate excellence across the industry.
HOK Toronto
Building on a longstanding partnership, MARANT delivered the interior fit-out of HOK’s new Toronto office, alongside major building systems upgrades. Building on a longstanding partnership, this project marked the second time MARANT was selected to deliver HOK’s Toronto office, this time in a new location, reflecting the strength of a valued client relationship. The workplace features custom architectural details, a feature kitchen, booth seating, collaborative meeting spaces and employee amenities, bringing together functionality and thoughtful design to support the needs of HOK’s team.
Mastercard Foundation and Mastercard Foundation Asset Management
Selected as Construction Manager for the organizations’ new Toronto headquarters, MARANT worked alongside iN STUDIO and Alexis Hur Consulting to deliver a two-floor office fit-out defined by refined finishes, custom millwork and metalwork, integrated lighting, acoustic elements and a feature staircase. Indigenous artwork is incorporated throughout the space, reflecting an important part of the organizations’ values and identity.
Both finalist projects demonstrate the value of close collaboration between clients, designers and construction teams in bringing distinctive workplace visions to life.
