Celebrating the 41st Annual ARIDO Awards
Toronto, ON – October 7, 2024 – The 41st Annual ARIDO Awards once again celebrated the outstanding achievements and boundless creativity within Ontario’s interior design community. Hosted by the prestigious Association of Registered Interior Designers of Ontario (ARIDO), the event honored groundbreaking projects and designers who have raised the bar for innovation and design excellence.
This year’s theme, “A Night Under the Ocean,” transformed Rebel Toronto into a stunning aquatic-inspired space for an unforgettable gala on October 3, 2024. As ARIDO celebrates its 90th anniversary this year, awards were presented in categories that spanned the diverse spectrum of design, including CRAFT, GATHER + PLAY, LIVE, LIVE TOGETHER, PRESERVE + RESTORE, and SHOP.
MARANT Construction was proud to sponsor the LIVE award category, recognizing visionary residential designs that enhance our day-to-day living environments. Six outstanding projects were awarded for their creative approaches, ranging from urban lofts to lakeside living. Rakesh Bhandari, Business Development Manager at MARANT, presented the awards to the deserving winners, celebrating their diverse contributions to the world of interior design.
In addition to celebrating design excellence, MARANT Construction was honoured to be announced as the General Contractor for ARIDO’s charitable initiative, ROI: Renew-Originate-Implement. This initiative supports Ontario-based organizations and charities by improving the interior environments where essential services are delivered. The 2024 ROI project will focus on refreshing and enhancing the shared office and community hub of the Ontario Employment Education and Research Centre (OEERC) and the Workers’ Action Centre (WAC) in downtown Toronto. MARANT is excited to contribute to this meaningful effort, aligning with our commitment to improving the communities where we live and work. Stay tuned for more information on this exciting project.
