MARANT Opens New Office for Customer Care Service Team

MARANT Construction is pleased to announce the expansion of our Customer Care Service Team (CCST) to a new location in Toronto, at 655 Bay St. Situated strategically at the intersection of Bay and Gerard streets, this move reflects our dedication to scaling and enhancing our customer care capabilities, allowing our team to deliver even more efficient and personalized support to our ever-growing customer base.

John Boyes, who took over the role of Director of the CCST in September, said: “I am honored to take on this role and excited about the opportunities that lie ahead for our Customer Care Service Team. Our goal is to partner with our existing clients and to forge new relationships while setting great customer expectations.
