New Office – Customer Care Service Team
MARANT Construction is pleased to announce the expansion of our Customer Care Service Team (CCST) to a new location in Toronto, at 655 Bay St. Situated strategically at the intersection of Bay and Gerard streets, this move reflects our dedication to scaling and enhancing our customer care capabilities, allowing our team to deliver even more efficient and personalized support to our ever-growing customer base.
John Boyes, who took over the role of Director of the CCST in September, said: “I am honored to take on this role and excited about the opportunities that lie ahead for our Customer Care Service Team. Our goal is to partner with our existing clients and to forge new relationships while setting great customer expectations. With the opening of our new office, we are better positioned to serve our customers with efficiency and excellence.” John has been a part of our team since 2007, and added that the essence of MARANT’s customer care team is the understanding that true excellence in service goes beyond the physical aspects of a space: “We don’t just maintain spaces; we foster relationships.
