Acting as the General Contractor, MARANT Construction partnered with SGH Design Partners to deliver a Confidential Financial Institution office expansion in London, Ontario, supporting the client’s relocation into a newly renovated floor within the same building.
The scope of work included a full interior fit-out consisting of offices, open work areas, meeting rooms, breakout spaces, support rooms, and a refreshed reception area. It also included high-quality finishes and coordinated mechanical and electrical upgrades integrated into the existing base building infrastructure to support the new layout and occupancy requirements.
