MARANT Construction was selected as the Construction Manager for the interior fit-out of a Confidential Government Agency office, aimed at enhancing the work environment to better meet employee needs. The project introduced a new layout with small meeting rooms, private offices, and a quiet area for staff relaxation, alongside collaboration lounges and an adaptable boardroom that can open into the lunchroom for a more interactive atmosphere. The open workstation design fosters accessibility and inclusivity.

The success of the project depended on close collaboration with Connect Resource Managers and Planners. Our team ensured timely execution by providing a detailed schedule at the start and maintaining clear communication throughout.
