MARANT Construction was selected as the Construction Manager for the interior fit-out of a Confidential Government Agency office, aimed at enhancing the work environment to better meet employee needs. The project introduced a new layout with small meeting rooms, private offices, and a quiet area for staff relaxation, alongside collaboration lounges and an adaptable boardroom that can open into the lunchroom for a more interactive atmosphere. The open workstation design fosters accessibility and inclusivity.
The success of the project depended on close collaboration with Connect Resource Managers and Planners.
