Case Study
Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial
MARANT was retained under a construction management contract by CC&L’s project manager and internal relocation team. The company’s previous work environment was inefficient, occupying space over three non-contiguous floors in a ‘B’ class tower. They were keen for the opportunity to create a new workplace that better suited its culture, the needs of its employees and, specifically, its clients.
The new space is much more contemporary and consists of 80% open work-stations on the perimeter, with private offices, and numerous meeting & breakout rooms surrounding the core. The bright, flexible and open-concept layout over a single floor creates greater efficiencies and collaboration between divisions. Specialty millwork, glazing and bright colours also add to the dynamic new space. Following the initial project MARANT has completed expansion space on the 13th floor .
