Following its lease renewal, Dentons LLP, selected MARANT Construction as Construction Manager to modernize its Toronto workplace after successfully delivering the original fit-out in 2011. Over the past decade, MARANT has worked with Dentons on multiple projects leading up this most recent in-situ renovation.

Working with iNSTUDIO and Avison Young, this project was completed in two phases and transformed six floors of office space. Building on our familiarity of the space, MARANT preserved key architectural elements from the original fit-out, seamlessly integrating them into a refreshed, contemporary workplace.  To support uninterrupted operations, our team worked closely with Dentons throughout construction, carefully coordinating activities within the occupied workplace to maintain business continuity and minimize disruption to daily functions.

MARANT’s collaborative, service-driven approach fostered strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring seamless communication, and minimal disruption throughout construction. Through proactive site management and effective coordination, MARANT successfully delivered a high-quality project on an accelerated schedule.

Expert Coordination, Innovative Execution

MARANT collaborated with demountable wall vendors to develop a cost-effective solution that matched the existing custom steel office fronts, balancing design intent, budget requirements, and schedule.

Flawless Integration Through Expert Procurement

In order to ensure seamless integration between new and existing flooring, MARANT successfully sourced the same Italian marble flooring used previously. Leveraging strong industry relationships, the team navigated long lead times and coordinated procurement to maintain the project schedule while preserving the original design intent.
