MARANT Construction was selected as General Contractor to build DIALOG’s new Ottawa office, supporting the firm’s continued expansion in the city. The new office features open workspaces, a boardroom, kitchen, secure RCMP room, and distinctive curved entryway that creates a welcoming arrival experience.

Through proactive coordination, clear communication, and careful schedule management, MARANT maintained momentum from planning stages through completion. The result is a thoughtfully crafted workplace that balances functionality and design, creating an environment that supports DIALOG’s evolving needs.
