Chosen as Construction Manager, MARANT Construction carried out the construction of HUB Toronto’s downtown headquarters.

Alongside Stantec Chicago, MARANT coordinated the construction of a new reception area, café, training rooms, conference rooms, private offices, open workstations, meeting rooms, and a new LAN room.

With the very tight timeline, any issues or site conditions needed to be diligently resolved, which the MARANT team did promptly. We delivered HUB Toronto with an updated space on the expected turnover date.
