The Korean Cultural Centre Canada is a government agency was founded in September 2016 with the purpose to strengthen relationships between Korea and Canada. They are known for promoting a mutual understanding of each other’s cultures and encouraging collaboration between cultural and artistic organizations from both countries.

MARANT Construction was awarded the Korean Cultural Centre (KCC) renovation project in Ottawa, which took place in their existing office space on the 14th floor at 150 Elgin St.

Our team worked as the General Contractor for Phase 1 to complete the redesign of meeting rooms and offices. Upon the successful completion of Phase 1, the client chose to continue their partnership with us by retaining MARANT as the Construction Manager for Phase 2.

Phase 2 focused on remodelling the reception area on the 1st floor, which included the addition of a display window, a karaoke booth, and a showroom. KCC remains a valued client of MARANT, and our collaboration continues with ongoing service projects.

We highly recommend MARANT for their outstanding service and expertise. They are a trusted partner, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Thank you, MARANT, for your exceptional work and for going above and beyond to assist us when we needed it most.
