MARANT was awarded the Korean Cultural Centre (KCC) renovation project in Ottawa, which took place in their existing office space on the 14th floor at 150 Elgin St. This project involved the complete redesign of meeting rooms and offices. Upon the successful completion of this phase, the client chose to continue their partnership with us by retaining MARANT as the construction manager for Phase 2.

Phase 2 focused on remodeling the reception area on the 1st floor, which included the addition of a display window, a karaoke booth, and a showroom. KCC remains a valued client of MARANT, and our collaboration continues with ongoing service projects.
