Retained as Construction Manager, MARANT Construction, over the renovation of Mattamy Homes’ new office headquarters and design centre in Mississauga.
Working with Connect Resource Planners & Managers, MARANT oversaw the installation of a customer-facing cafe, design showroom, an employee space for 275+ staff, and various upgrades to the building’s exterior, reflecting the Mattamy Homes brand. A feature of the office is an indoor staff “park,” a space designed for collaboration and casual interaction, featuring ample natural light.
Exterior enhancements included the addition of a canopy structure with seating at the north-facing entrance, installation of skylights, removal of the loading dock to expand interior space, and the addition of an egress door.
MARANT excelled at managing all client-driven changes throughout the project, meeting their needs through skillful problem-solving and planning. In the end, our team delivered a space that aligns with Mattamy Homes’ brand standards and accommodates their employees’ day-to-day business activities throughout the office and design centre.
