Mattamy Homes
MARANT was onboarded as the construction manager and worked with Connect Resource Planners & Managers for the relocation of Mattamy Homes’ office and design centre. This project included a customer-facing cafe and design showroom to enhance their client experience, an employee space for 280 staff, and various upgrades to the building’s exterior, reflecting the Mattamy Homes brand.
The focus was on innovative design, sustainability, and supporting environmental initiatives. A highlight of the interior is the staff “park,” a space designed for collaboration and casual interaction, featuring ample natural light and a company coffee shop. Exterior enhancements included the addition of a canopy structure with seating at the north-facing entrance, installation of skylights, removal of the loading dock to expand interior space, and the addition of an egress door.
