Retained as Construction Manager, MARANT Construction oversaw McMillan LLP’s Ottawa office renovation. The new facility boasts fantastic views of the Canadian Parliament buildings. It incorporates alternative meeting areas, including a bar-style library, a lunchroom/lounge with a ping pong table, and a series of various-sized meeting rooms that enjoy the capital views.
Bold colours and modern, clean finishes are included to create a new look for the firm that captures its culture in a unique, contemporary style. A rooftop patio was also part of the project. Finally, positioned directly behind the reception area, the patio is enclosed utilizing glass panels in order not to obstruct the views.
