We have nothing but wonderful things to say about the team of consultants that looked after us throughout this journey. We highly recommend them to any organization who is in the process of aligning its facility with its culture and business plan.

Hristina Broulekova Strategic Procurement Director, Nestlé Canada Inc.

This project involved the optimization of Nestlé’s Canadian head office in Toronto that reduced the number of floors they occupied from 7 to 4 floors. The project involved a full Design Build scope of services including: Strategic Workplace Planning; Project Management; Design and Engineering and; Construction Management. Nestlé was not only optimizing its space, they were making a cultural shift to a more collaborative, highly efficient workplace.

As a result of the process, Nestlé modified its approach to space allocations moving 100% of its employees into open-concept space while providing increased numbers of alternative meeting and touch-down areas. The shift necessitated a large investment in infrastructure and technology, as well as furniture. Approximately 430 employees were impacted and the entire project took 22 months. The new floors were design and constructed to maximize an aggressive budget to allow for the necessary capital investments previously noted.
