We felt very fortunate to have chosen MARANT Construction for our Toronto office relocation project. The MARANT team is very organized, accountable, and at the same time fun to work with. During the project, we experienced an unusual circumstance that potentially would have a huge impact to our project budget and timeline. In collaboration with CBRE and Gensler, MARANT Construction was the project’s Construction Manager and delivered a high-quality, full-floor interior fit-out for Pacific Life Re’s office on the 35th floor of Scotia Plaza in Toronto. This project transformed the space into a modern, dynamic workplace featuring offices, meeting rooms, workstations, focus rooms, a café/kitchen area, and a welcoming reception. The integration of cutting-edge A/V infrastructure throughout created a flexible, fully connected environment for seamless collaboration.

We worked with Pacific Life Re and excelled in overcoming unforeseen challenges by providing timely solutions and maintaining strong communication with the extended client team located in the United States. One of the project’s key successes was the early delivery of the LAN room, completed six weeks ahead of schedule. This project highlights MARANT’s commitment to exceeding client expectations and delivering innovative, future-ready workspaces that support our clients’ evolving needs.
