Pacific Life Re Canada is known for providing reinsurance solutions to life and health insurers, with a focus on protection and savings & retirement products. They are recognized for their expertise in managing various risks, including mortality, critical illness, disability, and medical expenses, as well as longevity and funded longevity reinsurance.

In collaboration with CBRE and Gensler, MARANT Construction was the project’s Construction Manager and delivered a high-quality, full-floor interior fit-out for Pacific Life Re’s office on the 35th floor of Scotia Plaza in Toronto. This project transformed the space into a modern, dynamic workplace featuring offices, meeting rooms, workstations, focus rooms, a café/kitchen area, and a welcoming reception. The integration of cutting-edge A/V infrastructure throughout created a flexible, fully connected environment for seamless collaboration.

We worked with Pacific Life Re and excelled in overcoming unforeseen challenges by providing timely solutions and maintaining strong communication with the extended client team located in the United States. One of the project’s key successes was the early delivery of the LAN room, completed six weeks ahead of schedule. This project highlights MARANT’s commitment to exceeding client expectations and delivering innovative, future-ready workspaces that support our clients’ evolving needs.
