Siemens is a prominent technology company specializing in industry, infrastructure, mobility, and healthcare. Since 1912, the company’s mission has been to create purposeful technology that transforms everyday life for everyone.

Retained under Construction Management services, MARANT led the complete renovation of the pharmaceutical and biotechnology manufacturing facility, inclusive of general office area, warehousing, clean rooms, laboratories, walk-in refrigeration spaces, and creation of a mezzanine level. Completed over multiple phases, the facility maintained operation during construction, and was essential to increase facility output.

This project involved upgrading all the utility systems and building services to support new specialty equipment, inclusive of supplemental HVAC, increased electrical requirements, and specialty services for installation of client reactor unit. MARANT’s team made up for lost time during COVID-19 and achieved all corporate objectives, aligning the design intent within strict budget and schedule parameters.
