Stryker is one of the world’s leading medical technology companies. As their current lease was set to expire, a relocation to a new facility provided the opportunity for a workplace update. MARANT was retained as Stryker’s Construction Manager for the 50,000 sf office fit-up, located within a 120,000 sf stand-alone building.

The goal for the new workplace was to create a more open environment for employees as well as state-of-the-art, tech-focused showroom facilities which would effectively showcase Stryker’s world-class medical instruments and products.

The new facility was designed and constructed within an aggressive schedule. MARANT’s team made up lost time and achieved all corporate objectives, aligning the design intent within strict budget and schedule parameters – all while overlapping with the base construction, which was behind schedule due to zoning restrictions.
