The project involved the complete demolition (back to base) and re-build of a 46,000 sf stand-alone building facility. The project included upgrades to all base-building systems as well as the construction of multiple classrooms, labs, a dining facility and an elevator. The building was vacant throughout the construction process. The construction duration was approximately 6 months.
