Selected as Construction Manager, MARANT Construction oversaw the renovation of the University of Toronto’s Southern Rotman School of Business location.

This project involved the complete demolition and rebuild of a 46,000 sf stand-alone building facility. The project included upgrades to all base-building systems as well as the construction of multiple classrooms, labs, a dining facility and an elevator.

MARANT successfully completed construction in six months, delivering an upgraded space while still complementing the charm and character of the original building.

Each project has its own unique set of challenges. We have been very pleased with the professional approach of MARANT’s team and their commitment to find the right solutions to deliver each project on time and budget.
