Wildeboer Dellelce LLP is a Canadian law firm that specializes in corporate, securities, and business transactions. The firm is well-regarded for its expertise in corporate finance, securities, and mergers and acquisitions in both the private and public sectors.

MARANT was retained by the client, and client’s project manager, to provide Construction Management and General Contracting services to build out the new office facility in Toronto. The partners wanted a space that more closely reflected its “work hard, play hard” spirit.

MARANT worked with the client’s architect to provide project budget pricing and worked with the project manager to align the concept with budget expectations. When the firm moved to its new home, it wanted to stand out. The design for the space is modern, with clean lines and bold features, such as the reception desk, hot pink felt-wrapped stair and a brass wall surrounding the conferencing area. Glass office fronts, with sliding doors, further enhances the openness of the space. Special areas were created for the employees, including an open library/lounge and a staff room with a pool table.
