MARANT Project Featured in Ottawa Business Journal’s Best Offices Ottawa 2025
OTTAWA, ON – October 2, 2025 – MARANT Construction is pleased to announce that our recent office expansion and renovation for Stantec has been featured in the Ottawa Business Journal’s Best Offices Ottawa 2025 magazine.
The annual Best Offices Ottawa reviews workplaces in the nation’s capital region, selecting spaces that exhibit brilliance, functionality, and an overall pleasant environment. Those chosen to be highlighted in the publication range from corporate offices, medical clinics, post-secondary campuses, restaurants, and more.
The Stantec Ottawa office renovation, highlighted in Best Offices Ottawa 2025, focuses on reusability and sustainability, excellent communication among project participants, and an in-situ renovation approach, which kept the business moving during construction.
Heidi Pershick, Project Manager at MARANT Construction and for the Stantec project, touches on the sustainability aspect of the project in the Ottawa Business Journal feature, explaining, “the re-use of [existing office] components offered a new life and greatly reduced waste that would otherwise be diverted to landfill.”
Matthew DiCinto, Regional Director of Operations at MARANT Construction in Ottawa, also emphasizes, “[MARANT Construction’s] careful and clear communication [was] essential every step of the way.”
