MARANT Project Named Finalist for the 2025 CoreNet REmmy Awards

TORONTO, ON – November 4, 2025 – The 14th Annual REmmy Awards are fast approaching, and MARANT Construction is proud to share that the 28th-floor renovation of TELUS Harbour’s “Place of Many Rivers” in Toronto has been shortlisted for the Workplace Excellence Award in the 20,000 to 75,000 sq. ft. category.

Presented by the CoreNet Global Canadian Chapter, the REmmy Awards celebrate outstanding achievements in corporate real estate and workplace management. Winners are selected by a panel of esteemed judges representing diverse expertise across the corporate real estate and design landscape.

In collaboration with BOOM Intertribal, Lemay, and Two Row Architect, MARANT helped bring TELUS’s project to life. Place of Many Rivers incorporates vibrant multimedia artwork from 15 commissioned Indigenous artists and features striking wood-ribbed ceiling and wall installations inspired by traditional longhouses. These elements cohesively create a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the depth of Indigenous storytelling and design.

This nomination stands as a testament to creativity, partnership, and shared commitment to spaces that inspire connection and cultural awareness. The 2025 REmmy Award winners will be announced at the gala on November 20, 2025. We look forward to coming together with other industry professionals and leaders to celebrate the achievements of many.
