MARANT was retained as the construction manager for this important new Canadian office facility, which was successfully completed under an aggressive timeline. As the client has multiple world-wide projects underway at any given time, they were adamant that the contractor retained for their Toronto project help to simplify the process and deliver a high quality facility for their Toronto team. The design for the space was to reflect the energy of the organization, in a relaxed, brick-and-beam style setting, even though the new office is located in a Class ‘A’ tower in Toronto’s downtown core.

The spotlight was on attraction and retention. Working closely with the Prime Consultant and Designer, the new workplace environment, which is open planned with bench-style desking, reflects Adobe’s creative, community oriented culture with a variety finishes and colours, as well as vibrant collaboration spaces such as the cafe hub, with adjacent work areas on either side to form quiet heads down oasis.
