As the Construction Manager, MARANT Construction collaborated with HOK and the client’s project manager Avison Young to deliver a full-floor renovation for Aird & Berlis LLP, aligning with the firm’s new office concept. The floor predominantly features partner offices, supported by additional workspaces, two client lounges, fuel stations, meeting rooms, and a dedicated remote courtroom and hearing room.

Throughout the project, MARANT ensured the continuous operation of the critical LAN Room while safeguarding the connecting stairwell and main elevator lobby finishes through strategic hoarding. Site conditions and unforeseen challenges were promptly addressed, with close communication between the client, HOK and Avison Young helping to maintain project timelines and budget control. The project’s success was further ensured by selecting trusted trade partners, contributing to the delivery of a high-quality, cohesive workspace.
