MARANT was retained as the construction manager and became part of the tenant’s consulting team to plan and implement a facility strategy to keep pace with the company’s growth. The challenge throughout the pre-construction phase was to ensure that the quality of the design intent fit within a prudent construction budget.
Our team worked closely with the client’s architect to value engineer elements of the design to ensure project budget and space/quality standard compliance. The scope of this on-going engagement has involved the renovation of many existing floors (one at a time) and the expansion construction of additional floors, including hi-tech conferencing facilities. Several of the floors have been renovated more than once during this engagement.
