The construction of this project occurred in the midst of the pandemic when material delays and shortages were at their worst. MARANT’s team creatively problem-solved and worked with us to mitigate issues to ensure project completion remained on track.

MARANT was selected as the Construction Manager for the creation of Arcadis/IBI Group’s innovative hybrid office space in Ottawa. This project involved the development of various components, including phone booths, enclave cubbies, lounge areas, and a wellness room designed to enhance the work environment for employees. The new space has an open-concept lunchroom that features custom millwork and acoustical fabric panels for superior sound control. This project also included the installation of a unique telescopic wall, which required meticulous handling and attention to detail.
