Case Study
Canadian Agency for Drugs & Technology in Health (CADTH)
MARANT was awarded the project under a Construction Management contract, which was implemented in four phases of approximately equal square footage. CADTH is the sole tenant in the building. The project included the full demolition of each floor, followed by the construction of the new workplace. Employees were required to move from the floors prior to the start of construction, then move back at the end of each phase.
MARANT coordinated all aspects of the project, including the installation and/or removal of furniture, the installation and connectivity of audio visual, technology, security, acoustics and furniture, as well as modifications to existing window coverings. The design and construction of the new build was fresh and modernized, highly functional with respect to the work flow requirements of CADTH employee, and cost effective.
