MARANT was chosen as Construction Manager for the Canadian Western Bank’s multi-phased fit-out office renovation in Toronto.
Working alongside Connect Resource, MARANT oversaw the two phases of renovation, which involved the installation of private and collaborative areas, conference rooms, boardrooms, and executive offices.
In Phase 1, our team executed the back-to-base process, which included the demolition of existing office space and finishes. In Phase 2, we undertook the construction of a new office space in downtown Toronto and expanded the existing space into an additional suite.
The MARANT team excelled in exceeding the client’s expectations, working as a team to ensure all additional renovation requests were completed while adhering to the already strict, predetermined construction timeline.
