MARANT was retained as construction manager for this multi-phased fit-out project for the Canadian Western Bank (CWB). In Phase 1, our team executed the back-to-base process, which included the demolition of existing office space and finishes. In Phase 2, we undertook the construction of a new office space in downtown Toronto and expanded the existing space into an additional suite.

The project involved the development of diverse workspaces, incorporating private and collaborative areas, conference rooms, boardrooms, and executive offices.
