Case Study
Coca-Cola
MARANT was retained as the Construction Manager to build out the interior space for the consolidation and relocation of Coca-Cola Canada into their new headquarter facility in Toronto.
Adding three floors to the top of the existing SUN Newspaper building by First Gulf created a sunny atrium / town hall area for large gatherings, with amenities areas created for alternative meeting / lounge spaces. A large cafeteria was created from recycled materials, such as wood table tops and plastic seating, and an outdoor patio was created adjacent to the cafeteria for employees to enjoy outdoor space during their workday.
