MARANT Construction was selected as General Contractor to oversee the “in-situ” phased renovation of a Confidential Financial Institutions office space in Waterloo, Ontario.
The scope of our renovations included updating the space’s offices and boardrooms, adding barrier-free washrooms, open-concept workspaces, a bistro, and a flex-space divided by an operable wall.
Our strategic approach of an in-situ renovation allowed for two-thirds of the office to remain fully operational while the space underwent significant changes. Noisy work and electrical shutdowns were carefully analyzed before proceeding and conducted after hours.
MARANT worked diligently to maintain a clean, disruption-free workspace and excelled at completing all construction phases on time throughout the entirety of the project, demonstrating our commitment to delivering exceptional work and results.
