MARANT Construction was engaged as the Construction Manager to oversee the renovation of a Confidential Investment Institution’s new office space, spanning two floors within a heritage building. The project required the construction of an interconnecting staircase and the installation of a new elevator, both seamlessly integrated into the existing structure. High-end finishes were applied throughout, with a particular focus on the client-facing areas, which featured specialty flooring, wall, and ceiling treatments.

The pre-construction phase involved proactive planning to address building access challenges and heritage preservation, ensuring no impact on the schedule or budget. The completed project respected the heritage status of the building, maintaining the integrity of its heritage elements.
