MARANT Construction over the multi-phased fit-up of Dymon Storage’s retail area and two level lockers storage facility in Ottawa.
The scope of this project included complete demolition of the existing space and rebuilding the retail area. Features of the newly constructed area include a large showroom, boardrooms, staff lounge, demo rooms. a kitchenette and a entrance vestibule, and locker storage and vault rooms.
MARANT successfully worked with the client and coordinated the scope of their specified vendors to accommodate all of their design change requests, carefully assisting in the site conditions that arose throughout the project.
