Enterprise Canada is a national firm specializing in strategic communications and public affairs, recognized for its expertise in government relations, public relations, and digital strategies. They collaborate with large companies, government agencies, and associations to address complex issues.

MARANT was retained as the Construction Manager for the rebuild and expansion of Enterprise Canada’s head office in Toronto, which more than doubled its size to meet the needs of their growing team.

Partnering with SGH Architect, MARANT coordinated construction of two kitchens, multiple private offices and meeting rooms, phone booths, as well as flex areas and open workstations for the team.

Our team’s combination of clear communication with the client and expertise in overseeing commercial interiors allowed MARANT to finish the project on the exact date that was communicated to the client from Day 1, maintain alignment with the projected budget, and build a strong relationship with Enterprise, as well as our project partner.
