MARANT was retained as the construction manager for a fit-up of two full floors, including a subtenant, for the Federation of Canadian Municipalities (FCM). The project included high-end millwork finishes, specialty curved demountable wall partitions, and operable moving walls. Intricate flooring patterns and specialty lighting finished off this open workspace environment with key areas such as a prayer room, wellness room, and nursery area for the team.
