Federation of Canadian Municipalities - MARANT Construction Limited

The Federation of Canadian Municipalities (FCM) is known as the national voice of local governments in Canada, representing over thousands of municipalities and a multitude of provincial and territorial municipal associations. FCM’s advocacy work at the federal level has a significant impact, influencing policy and programs to improve the quality of life for Canadians.

Selected as Construction Manager, MARANT Construction completed the Federation of Canadian Municipalities’ two-floor fit-up, including a subtenant space for lease.

In partnership with CSV Architects, MARANT oversaw the project’s installation of high-end millwork finishes, specialty curved demountable wall partitions, and operable moving walls.

Intricate flooring patterns and specialty lighting finished off this open workspace environment with key areas such as a prayer room, wellness room, and nursery area for the team.

Throughout the project, MARANT brought forth issues based on site conditions, offering solutions and providing timely responses, ultimately delivering a contemporary office space upon completion.
