MARANT was retained as the construction manager to construct a new, contemporary office environment. Having spent well over twenty years in its former space, this relocation to the new Bay-Adelaide East Tower provided the opportunity to create a new open, workplace for the firm.

This project included a glass furniture system, allowing maximum light into the space. Light stone and exotic woods in the reception area and doors to all adjoining meeting/conference rooms. Addition of staff lounge, serveries, a private client washroom and unique lighting behind reception desk.
