Gardiner Roberts LLP began their operations in the 1920s and has evolved to meet the changing legal landscape in Canada. They are renowned for offering comprehensive services of a full-service law firm while maintaining the flexibility typical of a mid-sized practice with a dedicated team of legal professionals.

MARANT Construction was retained as Construction Manager to oversee the renovation of Gardiner Roberts LLP’s new two-level office space in the LEED Gold Bay-Adelaide Centre in Toronto.

In the new office space, Gardiner Roberts received a more open, contemporary design with glass office fronts, allowing for a more airy and bright atmosphere. Light stone and exotic woods were used in the reception area and doors to all adjoining meeting/conference rooms.

Features of the space include a staff lounge and servery, as well as a private client washroom and unique lighting behind the reception desk.

Gardiner Roberts’ space was successfully constructed through MARANT’s prompt problem-solving and expertise. The result is an updated office space that will support the client’s evolving business needs.
