MARANT Construction was selected as Construction Manager for Fasken’s full-floor fit-up of its Ottawa office. Working alongside [in]tempo design, MARANT delivered a sophisticated workplace that balances flexibility, privacy, and premium city views within a more efficient footprint.
The office features double-glazed demountable partitions, adaptable meeting spaces with operable and Skyfold walls, custom millwork throughout, and a café bar with an upgraded servery. A distinctive reception desk with a complex two-phase stone installation and concealed lift televisions preserves panoramic views while elevating the overall workplace experience.
