MARANT was retained as General Contractor for Insight Global’s new office in Downtown Kitchener. The scope of work included meeting rooms of various sizes, specialty lighting, flooring, ceiling, and wall finishes.

To establish its global standards, MARANT collaborated closely with the Martin Simmons Sweers and the Insight Global team to ensure all materials specified were within Insight Global’s timelines for move-in. As they were moving into a new building, MARANT was also engaged by Perimeter Development to complete all work in the public corridors for the second floor.
