Intact Insurance is the largest provider of home, auto, and business insurance in Canada. Intact is well-known for its strong market presence, operations from coast to coast, and commitment to exceptional customer service.

Chosen as Construction Manager, MARANT Construction oversaw Intact Insurance’s new concept service centre within a stand-alone building that was formerly a rental car office.

The layout incorporates a retail customer service office at the front end and a car servicing depot with hand-wash facilities in the rear of the building. Scope of work included upgrading of the existing base-building mechanical & electrical systems; multiple offices; kitchen/servery area; and two separate reception areas to accommodate both the administrative office portion and one to manage the flow of clientele using the service depot.

The space benefits from 18-foot ceiling heights with exposed ductwork, creating an industrial “loft” feel in the facility. The space was further enhanced with the bright colour palette and modern furniture throughout. MARANT Construction successfully completed Intact’s office renovation on time, on budget, and to their complete satisfaction, a true testament to our expertise and diligence as Construction Manager.
