MARANT was retained to manage the construction of Intact’s new concept service centre within a stand-alone building that was formerly a rental car office. The layout incorporates a retail customer service office at the front end and a car servicing depot with hand-wash facilities in the rear of the building. Scope of work included: upgrade of the existing base-building mechanical & electrical systems; multiple offices; kitchen/servery area; and two separate reception areas to accommodate both the administrative office portion and one to manage the flow of clientele using the service depot.

The space benefits from 18’ ceiling heights with exposed duct work, creating an industrial “loft” feel in the facility. The space was further enhanced with the bright colour palette and modern furniture throughout. The project was completed on time, on budget and to the complete satisfaction of the client.
