As the owner representative for Ivanhoé Cambridge and their new corporate HQ offices at CIBC Square, this was an important endeavour, and required a great construction team to execute this project. Our team's decision to engage with MARANT was a great decision, as this was a very complex project, constructed through the challenges of COVID, and the MARANT team executed it with success. The construction improvements resulted in a high-quality corporate interior aligned perfectly to the client's design intent.

In collaboration with Cityscape Project Management and Gensler, MARANT completed the build-out of Ivanhoé Cambridge’s new office space in the concurrently constructed first tower of CIBC Square at 81 Bay Street.

Despite the complexities of an active base building construction environment, pandemic constraints, and labour challenges, MARANT delivered a remarkable, state-of-the-art workspace. This project highlights Ivanhoé Cambridge’s vision and the successful partnership between Cityscape and MARANT, overcoming significant hurdles to achieve a beautiful, final result.
