I was very pleased with the quality of our build out and even more impressed with the site leadership. With so much taking place on any given day, the team from MARANT made us feel confident that all would be done and on time... and, of course, it was to our great satisfaction.

Royal Poulin Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, National Public Relations

MARANT was retained under a construction management contract to build out NPR’s new office facility at 320 Front Street W. The budget for the design of the new workplace environment was restrictive and the schedule was aggressive, which necessitated a construction consultant to become a member of the core team assisting throughout the pre-construction and construction phases. The office facility provides private consultation areas as well as mock studio space, a client lounge and an employee lounge/lunchroom. The project was completed on schedule and within NRP’s budget expectations.
