MARANT Construction was selected as Construction Manager to oversee the complete refit and renovation of the acclaimed Rideau Club, situated in the heart of the Nation’s Capital.
Renovations were made to the existing Jean Pigott Lounge in conjunction with the refinishing of existing hardwood flooring throughout the north and south galleries. Additionally, the conversions of existing storage were made to welcome new multi-use washroom facilities.
Craftsman quality cherry-stained millwork, fireplace feature, addition of bookable meeting spaces and A/V upgrades were integrated into the space, blending new finishes with the traditional classic elements of the existing club.
MARANT is proud to have conducted renovation without impact to Rideau Club operations and while paying respect to the sensitivities of adjacent tenants.
