MARANT was retained as Construction Manager for the acclaimed Rideau Club, situated in the heart of the Nation’s Capitol. Mandate was to elevate the Jean Pigott Lounge to incorporate 21st century comforts while paying homage to 150 years of tradition and classic styling. Renovation included craftsman quality cherry-stained millwork, fireplace feature, addition of bookable meeting spaces and A/V upgrades, blending new finishes with the traditional classic elements of existing club spaces.
