Staebler Insurance is a well-established, independent insurance broker in Canada, with a strong presence in the Kitchener-Waterloo region and its surrounding areas. They are known for providing both personal and commercial insurance solutions, including auto, home, and business insurance, as well as specializing in transportation and trucking insurance.

MARANT was chosen as the Construction Manager for the renovation of Staebler Insurance’s Kitchener office, an exciting project that transformed an existing space into a modern, functional environment. Working alongside our project partners, Arcadis and Avison Young, the scope of work included the complete demolition of the existing architectural elements and mechanical and electrical systems to make way for the installation of cutting-edge new services tailored to the client’s needs.

The project featured several unique and specialized elements, including installing a lift to provide access to the mezzanine level, seamlessly integrating with the building’s historic brick and beam architecture. MARANT’s team excelled in managing the tight project schedule and delivering the office renovation within the defined budget. By maintaining clear communication and a collaborative approach, MARANT ensured that all objectives were met, resulting in a space that not only reflects Staebler Insurance’s vision but also enhances its operations.
